We had a amazing view on our room and the service was excellent. I just felt the parking a little expensive. It was $60 dollar plus taxa around $68 a day parking. I found others parking lots for less. I believe they should make better deal for the guesses at the hotel. Overall my stay was great.
Property is very trendy and posh. Rooms are nice and look recently renovated. Housekeeping is maintained very well. Parking is $60 daily... we had no idea until we arrived with our rental car. There is no parking available other than a lot, two blocks away, up a steep hill for $40 a day. Thus the valet service at $60 daily was a bargain! Do yourself a favor and don't rent a car and just Uber!
The rooms and bathrooms were updated and very nice along with great staff. The only disappointing aspect was the $35 a day extra for the resort fee.

The beds were amazing and the rooms were exceptionally quiet. The location is right in the heart of San Francisco and the staff is very friendly.
I loved the hotel! The staff was super friendly, especially the valet and bartender. I think the only minor issue for me was that it was at the very top of the hill. I’m out of shape, so walking to and from was hard. But other than that, it was great!
