Great location
A roach was in my room. Coming from Florida that's no big deal. After 4 hours of waiting for staff to come with bug spray I lost my entire day including lunch reservations I had madeva few months before. I was moved to another room which was also terrible and had no way to charge phone, etc. They brought me a tiny block with no cables, etc and told me charging outlets were an add on and not standard even though I had several in my prior room. This is only tip of the Iceberg of prolems. Would NEVER recommend this hotel. Customers service was atrocious!

One elevator was out leaving just one with groups of Spring Break teens and families in line to get to their rooms on one small elevator. Front desk check in slow with really only one person actively working.
Bathroom door and shelf looked like the room was flooded.
Very dated, hallways are narrow and dimly lit. the side we stayed on had an elevator broken and the other was very small. Staff were great

Great location, walkable to everything. Expensive though...visited during Xmas week. Paid almost $800 with taxes/fees for 2 nights, 4 people. Room is very simple, no coffee maker, no fridge. Not really a big deal though, I guess just expected more for the price. It’s clean and nice stuff though. Will I stay here again? Probably, but also will probably check out other hotel options too if similar price or less.
Property was amazing. From the minute you walked in the door you are greeted with smiles. It was decorated so nice for the holidays and smelled so good lol the room was perfect and the location was even better. This will forever be my hotel of choice each and every visit to New York.
The property is not as pictured. It is very “worn.” The glass mirror in our bathroom was cracked, the blinds were torn, there was dust all around the floor to the wall. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. However, the location was excellent!
Need microwave in the room. Coffeemaker and refrigerator were provided upon request. Location is perfect
Good location. Pretty clean. Nice overall, just dated rooms - haven't been updated in a while. No USB plugs, lighting was very dim. Room walkway was very small also. AC unit did its own thing - put our room up to 77 when we had it on 66. There was a lot of street noise, (old windows) but that was sort of expected in NY.
The value for the room was very good. Did have to request a fridge for the room. Close to public transportation, restaurants, grocers and shopping. Was surprised that the staff changed towels every day, despite having left the tag for re-use of towels out.
The alarm went on at 5am. The TV is in the way from bed to the bathroom. Very disappointed.
