My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for Valentine’s Day, very chic hotel.
Hotel is nicely located and was very clean. Front desk not the most welcoming but did accommodate an early check in request. Quiet but a bit dark
I don’t think this hotel is 4 stars hotel.
The room was super clean but looked nothing like the pictures! Bare gray/white walls, it felt like a dorm, not a 4 star hotel. There is no restaurant even though the website says there is. There are a lot of hotels in the area, I would stay somewhere else!

Everything, from check in to check out, was perfect.
Super close walking distance to time square, awesome bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Coffee shops a skip and a hop away. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff was very helpful and everyone was so nice!
Lighting could be better. Haven’t left yet so can add more later. Clean and friendly

The property gave one free drink voucher (to each 21 yr old guest) to the bar connected to the hotel downstairs.

Don't be fooled by the 4-star reviews. This place is not for serious business travelers. No luggage rack, no ironing board, no iron, no in-room coffee maker or Keurig and a tiny space for hanging shirts and suits. I will say the bed and shower were great. Room was not cleaned while I was out. Doesn't feel great to come back to an unmade bed and damp towels. My real beef with this place is that they charged me $200 up front for a "cleaning deposit." I always give my credit card for incidentals when traveling, but I've never been charged up front. I have to get the amount refunded when I check out. If a hotel has to charge up front for a cleaning fee, you have to wonder what demographic they are serving. I guess the people who are using the "lovers kit" provided alongside cookies and liquor have a tendency to wreck their rooms. Gives me second thoughts about the bed. If you are on a budget and aren't picky, this place is for you.
