Workers & Manager Was No Help Really, They Just Wanted The Money
Very satisfied with overall service and property. Hot tub was out of order which they were fixing . Nice clean heated pools. Nobu restaurant 5 star. View of ocean excellent! Just got stuck with terrible weather, wrong timing otherwise great relaxing vacation! Here’s a crazy idea, why don’t they develop a canopy over the pool for rainy days to make vacations weather proof. That would make this hotel even more attractive.

Really a shame because the rooms and property are top notch but man, the service around checkin/checkout and the pool/beach we're just SO bad. 20 min to check-in with no line, 15 min to flag down waiter and then 45 min to wait to get anything served. On Sunday we thought we would be smarter and order food directly from the pool bar....waited over an hour to get 3 sandwiches, 2 of which we couldn't eat because they took so long my friends had to head to the airport. "Sorry we're just really backed up right now" was the default response for 3 days in a row at all times of day. It's just a severely understaffed situation that makes you feel like you're being scammed out of $500 per night and the auto added gratuity on literally everything. Hanging out on property quickly escalates from relaxing and fun to frustrating and just annoying. No one answers the guest services front desk phone- after checking out it literally took me 3 days of 10 calls, asking in person, 2 emails to get someone to finally send me the folio. Good times

Hotel is nice, and overall well-kept.
The coffee machine was broken and the staff failed to replace it after numerous requests forcing us to buy the overpriced bad coffee in the lobby. The other guests were loud and obnoxious. One good thing was the bartender at the lobby bar.
It was lovely. The room was very nice with a big balcony overlooking the ocean. Much more demure than the Fontainebleau next door where I moved over from 😊. I highly recommend

The property itself is beautiful and the staff was great. However, we booked a suite and had to have engineering come up almost every day to fix something with our room. The first night our sliding door wouldn't close, then our wifi stopped worked, our toilet stopped flushing, and we also lost hot water were unable to use the bath (selling point of the suite). Definitely a let down to book a nice property when the rooms were such a letdown. The staff was super nice, but we shouldn't have had to call them up every day to fix something.

very nice property. very nice rooms. Our view was spectacular. The lobby is beautiful. The staff are generous and sweet although some can't speak English very well. The only small knock was that the bathtub drain didn't fully close.
I was very disappointed in the service that we received for a hotel that I used a lot of points to attend for one night in my honeymoon. There were several incidents that had happened that made the services very unpleasant. 1- When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to surprise my husband with a little gift. I asked them if they can bring something up to the room. They mention that they would send something up in the morning because everyone was gone and there was nothing they can do at that time because we checked in late. 2- I had called room service a couple of times and it took a while to get service. 3- in the morning, I did not receive anything. I went down to the front desk and asked the girl what happened and why I didn’t get the package. She mentioned that she’s gonna put a note to file and send it up right away. I went up to the room and even after 2 hours there was nothing, I even called guest services and no response. At that point, it was time for check out and nothing could be done at that point. Also, there were bar charged in my bill which I did not use. They did credit the account but I had to come down and take 25 minutes out of my time to resolve that. Very unfortunate that I had this experience because I used up a lot of points for a services that I thought was going to be above and beyond.
