I like the decor of this hotel. I don’t like the fact I signed up for a room with a strip view (for my birthday), but it wasn’t ready so they put me in a room for handicapped persons.

Why did you cancel my night? I reserved this night to arrive next day at 9 am. When I arrived they I was told Expedia cancelled my night. I told them i reserved with Orbitz, they said your night is cancelled and you can’t get in. Is this your promise?

The hotel was very clean, the options for coffee and food were adequate. However, having to pay $40 to have the contents of the mini fridge removed is unacceptable. I do believe that giving guests an empty mini fridge in the room to keep some basic essentials should be common sense and a requirement in every hotel. Even in Vegas.

Rooms were clean and unique but the staff was not friendly. I was made to feel ashamed for bringing a bottle of water to the pool area. The $45/day resort fee didn't include any amenities. I wouldn't recommend this place or visit it again in the future

love this hotel, amazing service and cleanliness

I was charged 2 resort fees even tho I was only on the premises for 12 hours. Will not stay here again.

Great property and location. Our room was clean and check-in was quick. Also, there’s a 24hr sit-in restaurant.

Newer, modern and clean hotel w east parking. The outdoor pool & common space is beautiful. Drinks & food is pricey in the hotel.

Not the tidiest. Slow checkin. Won’t stay here again.

This property was an awesome off the strip option. In site restaurants were great, room accommodations were awesome, hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating and I really appreciated that over 4 days we may have had to wait 5 minutes for a rideshare, they generally were parked outside waiting on us. I would definitely stay again.

The dining and gaming was great. Our room on the other hand. It wasn’t very clean upon check in and housekeeping never came, not once, the whole time we were there. So not only was our room never cleaned, we also didn’t get the waters and drink tickets that we pay $51 a day resort fee for. We spoke to housekeeping several times. Lastly, our last night the smell of marijuana smoke in our room was like someone was smoking in the room. I’m all for people doing what they want, but they need to have HVAC so everyone else isn’t forced to. As said, casino staff, restaurant staff and spa employees were all fantastic. The hotel itself is a mess.

This hotel is probably one of the worst in Vegas. My room was filthy upon arrival and housekeeping after my first night was sub par. I got this room as a birthday gift for my partner and it was such a disappointment. I will not return to this disgusting hotel.

Rooms are nice. Food is good

No pool or hot tub open even though they still charged resort fees

Still feels very new, still getting their legs underneath them as a “destination”. Super friendly staff and great food. One Steakhouse, in particular, was absolutely top notch.
