Room was dirty. Kids handprints all over the window. Dust? On the table and chairs. Hair on the bathroom floor…not ours. Called the front desk and they said they would send someone right up..they didn’t. Stopped by the front desk in the morning to express our displeasure again and was told it would be taken care of…it wasn’t. Location is great but rooms are dated. Paid for an upgrade with view of the strip but wasn’t worth it especially considering looking through handprints the whole time.
Overall great experience, no smoking which is great, rooms clean, staff friendly. Would stay again.
What I like the most is the property NON SMOKING which is a plus for me. The staff very friendly. But they don’t have fridge or coffee maker in the room. Over all the place is very clean

The hotel was very nice! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The eatily area with all of the different restaurants was very good.
The room was great with a great view of the strip. Checking in was super easy with the MGM Resorts app, and we used the app as our room key. We never had to wait in line at the front desk. Check out was also super easy from the kiosk lobby. Lots of great food options, and signage pointed you to Uber pickup. I’d stay here again.
The pool are had only one pool open that was in the shade. Many requested another lifeguard to allow guest to use other pool but requests were not granted. No benches or seats in the lobby. Annoying while waiting to check in and waiting for breakfast at Primrose.
My stay at the Park MGM was great. They have a lot of amenities and so many things to do in the area. Enjoy walking the strip, shopping, surrounding restaurants, and other entertainment. Overall great experience!
