From the jump hotel staff were rude. The check in experience provided me with no information. I have gotten better service from 40 a night room on the side of the highway when I was in college. There was one girl at a convenience stop in the hotel that was nice. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

The property seem old and outdated needs a good upgrade maybe some more places to go to eat. Bathrooms definitely need to upgrade very cheap give you one bar soap two towels did not seem you were staying in a Vegas casino One thing also can’t store anything in fridge they charge you for everything

Alvin the security guy was very helpful in showing us the easiest way to the Bellagio when we got lost inside the casino.
Fast & easy check in/out
Easy right on the strip. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issue was the air room didn't get cool. So look muggy at night.
We didn't like the fact that we couldn't use our room refrigerator to store our personal beverages. The food prices in the food court area are overpriced. There wasn't enough staff at the check in counter to expedite the check in process.
