It was a nice modern hotel and close to lots of things. I absolutely loved it. Our flight got canceled and we ended up back downtown and unfortunately it was sold out and we had to go stay at the Westin on Michigan and I kept thinking I wish I was back at Loews!!

Check in process was top tier. Room was extremely clean. Every detail was pretty much flawless.
The whole staff was engaging and super attentive . Wearing masks was monitored and appreciated but not to the point of micromanaging our time there. Very accommodating .

There were small children running and screaming down the hallway, I was trying to relax in my room. The toilet in my room did not flush well and ran for an extensive amount of time after being flushing. There were Cobb Webbs on the light in room. My car doors were not locked while parked with valet and I had to go ask for them to be locked, I needed a cooler out of my car and valet went to get my car twice for me to get the cooler out of the back seat.
