I have been trying to cancel this reservation since last night. I will not be staying here tonight.
Great view of the runway and the quietest hotel I’ve stayed at! The blue line of the subway runs by the hotel, otherwise, nothing is close and only grub hub will deliver. The appearance is quite dated which makes it seem dirty though it’s not. The shower did have ankle deep water though.
Dated and a little dingy. Needs a remodel for sure.
Convenient access
The location is great for travel-related stays as it is on the airport tram line. The rooms are in need of a refresh, particularly in the mattresses (they sagged in the middle, so we rolled to the center all night).

Property showing little bit of age but super easy to get to the terminal. Room was clean.
Our room had spots where the carpet was torn. Definitely in need of new carpeting in the rooms.
20 minute wait to check in due to long line and only one person working
relatively expensive but worth it for the nconvienience of being ony a short walk from baggage claim, none of which has to be outside in the Chicago winter weather. the restaraunt offered good foodand great service to 11pm.
We use this regularly, and it’s always a consistent place to stay. Easy to get back into the airport.
